50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED We accept personal or company checks, Visa, MC, AmEx and Discover. A minimum 50% deposit is required at the time your fish is received by FTT or at the time of a reproduction order. No work will commence without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Any fish in FTT's possession without a deposit after 6 months becomes the property of Fish Tales Taxidermy and my be sold, mounted or disposed of without notification or compensation to the customer. FTT reserves the right to make reasonable changes and substitutions in order to complete your mount. If these changes require additional charges, FTT will attempt to notify you of such charges prior to making any changes. LOSS OR DAMAGE FTT is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. FTT is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, natural disaster, or mechanical failures. Compensation will be limited to the insurance coverage. COMPLETION DATE Any completion dates you have been given are approximate and can change due to many factors that affect our work. BALANCE DUE UPON COMPLETION The entire balance is due upon completion and prior to shipping. If after 30 days of written or verbal notice by FTT, any mounts not paid for and picked up will incur a 10% storage fee on the full amount of all charges, and will be sold or disposed of after 60 days without notification or compensation to the customer.
